WELCOME MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the website for the RXI Retired Members Chapter (RMC) of the National Organization of Blacks In Government. The RMC Chapter is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit organization located in the suburbs of Washington providing advocacy for the African American community, who are Descendants of American Slaves. We also mentor youth through our partnership with the 100 Black Men of Prince Georges County, Maryland and provide scholarships to ensure that African American students meet their higher educational goals and become good citizens of this country. We continue to communicate retirement information to senior citizens throughout the Washington Metro Area through on-line and face-to-face networking.

More than $750,000 in donations since 2006. In 2008, Grantham University partnered to provide scholarships to deserving African American students, who are Descendants of American Slaves, in the Washington, D. C. Metro Area. The missing 25% of the U.S. workforce: doctors, nurses, lawyers, biologists, microbiologists, oceanographers in science and ocean exploratory research, medical researchers, mechanical engineer, civil engineers, mathematicians, etc, are located in the United States urban neighborhoods. The operating cost for our organization is less than 1% and the majority of your donations are given to students we mentor from ages 13 to 25 years old. "The SAXY "B" STORY" National Recording Artist, Brian Lenair, showed up at the Exhibit Hall at the 37th Annual National, Training Conference, Orlando, Florida, and had everyone, including waiters, dancing in the aisles and on chairs to his smooth Jazzy Saxophone.
