The RMC Chapter consistently execute innovative, unique, and state-of-the art  events to raise the interest of our members and draw new members to our Chapter.    Your talents and participation are welcomed.  The health of our Chapter is at 
approximate 60% participation by our members. 
        During the past seven years, we introduced several scholarships from universities to support the effort of training African Americans and others to improve job performance and ensure that the Federal, State and Local Government can perform at 100 percent.   Our partnerships with Georgetown University, Trinity University, University of Phoenix, and Grantham University  ensured that our children and grandchildren will meet the educational challenges this country needs.
        Our continuing efforts to recognize outstanding individuals who have gone above and beyond their responsibilities as leaders in Government  and private industry are expressed annually by presenting them with the RMC Chapter's W.E.B. DuBois Crystal Award.   Several distinguished leaders recognized were Retired Colonel Colin Powell, The Honorable Susan Rice, Former Ambassador to the United Nations and Head of the National Security Agency,  The Honorable John Lewis, Congressman for Georgia, Mr. Tom Macon, CEO, Grantham University Corporation, several members of the Tuskegee Airmen and The Tuskegee Airmen, Inc.  
       We will continue to be strong advocates for eliminating discrimination in housing, employment, education, and voting rights that impact the well being of African American citizens as deemed by the United States Constitution.  We strongly rely upon the support of the National Organization of Blacks In Government, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, the AARP, NARFE, the National Urban League to ensure equal Civil Rights for everyone.
